• Detailed, full written report with pictures of any major defects identified in the inspection.

• Summary page prioritizing the big ticket items found that need addressing within the home. This at-a-glance guide of the most urgent issues and risks is a useful tool for negotiations and estimating repair expenses.

• Friendly consultation regarding your home’s condition. Buying or selling a home is an intimidating process, with me you will find it’s ok to ask questions, seek insights and do your due diligence.

*Home Inspectors follow the Washington State Standards of Practice (SOP) when conducting inspections, it is recommended to look this over to be clear about what will be covered and what will not be covered in the inspection

Pre-offer Consultation

• Visual walkthrough of the home is performed by inspector.

• Summary page report of summarized findings provided to the client.

  All Pre-Offer Consultations are $350 and include a summary page without photos and a written report.

  If you later decide to do a full inspection, the pre-offer consultation fee will be applied towards it.
